As of 2/11/22 per the Engineer there were no competitive bids. Plans to rebid the project have not been established at this time. The Council Rock School District will receive sealed bids for the following projects in the form of Single Prime lump sum contract(s). Project Description o Installation of Cell Signal Enhancement System. ? Cell Signal Enhancement System Head End Unit ? Exterior Cell Signal Roof Mounted Antennas ? Interior Cell Signal Antennas ? Emergency power circuits for Head End Units ? Cabling for new devices and connection to existing Network System Project Information • Single Prime Contract • Prevailing Wage. • Permits/Fees o Procurement and Payment by Contractor; owner will reimburse contractor at no mark-up • Clearances required: Acts 34, 114, 127, 151, 168 (Successful Bidder) o PA State Police o Child Abuse o FBI o Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-verify) o Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release • Review of Documents o Instructions to Bidders o Contractor Qualifications Statement is required to be submitted with bid. o Bid Form (review Base Bid, Alternates, Unit Prices, and Allowances) o Bid Bond o Non-collusion Affidavit o Insurance req’s in Supplementary Conditions
