A timeline for award will be about the 9th of March.*** No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening. McAlester Regional Health Center states hereby that all interested parties will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notification and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, religion or national origin in any subsequent bid award. The McAlester Regional Health Center reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any minor informality or irregularities in any proposal, and to accept the proposal, which seems most advantageous to McAlester Regional Health Center. 1. Removal and proper disposal of existing Dekker medical vacuum pumps, control panels, existing Mediquip pump, and receiver tank. 2. Install Powerex 10 hp CVPT1005 or comparable vacuum system. 3. System must meet NFPA 99 2018 code requirements 4. System must have at least a 3-year warranty 5. New vacuum exhaust piping included in the bid proposal 6. System alarms must be tested, and reports provided to faculty 7. Any additional wiring must be included in cost proposal 8. All installers must be licensed and credentialed in Oklahoma 9. A third-party final verification will be required by awarded vendor 10. Prebid meeting and site walk will be mandatory to participate in th bid for the project.
