The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as "Owner," on behalf the of the Department of Juvenile Justice ("Using Agency"), is seeking firms interested in providing building commissioning services for two projects known as Project No. DCY-127 Academic Building and DCY-128 Housing Unit, at the Augusta Youth Development Campus. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") seeks to identify a provider of the above mentioned services. The RFQ can be downloaded from the Georgia procurement Registry by selecting the Documents tab above. Interested firms should continue to check this site for projects updates and information. For violation of this provision, the Owner reserves the right to reject the qualifications/proposal of the offending proposer. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
