Construction and commissioning will be in accordance with the A/E provided final drawing set and associated specifications. The project is widely spread throughout the hospital, touching several different departments and service areas. A new server room is to be built on the roof, between the north wing of building 5 and the newly built lab. This project will have limited on-site storage for material so off-site storage of material should be planned for. This project has multiple phases for structural/civil work which are critical at the very beginning of the project and will require coordination with the COR. The majority of the work will likely need to be done on "off" hours and weekends. ADMINISTRATIVE: The solicitation will be issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 15, 19, and 36 and will be evaluated in accordance with the procedures listed in the solicitation.
