Renovation of a library in Richmond, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 15,000-square-foot library.
**As of May 4, 2022 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The scope of work includes the construction of a single story, wood framed, 15,000 square foot library and town offices building. The scope includes associated site preparation and development. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, SS44A-44J, as most recently amended, and all other applicable laws. Bids are subject to Prevailing Wage Rates as required by MGL c. 149, SS 26 to 27H. The Town of Richmond reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
