Great Brook Weir Gates Project Agency Name and Address : Southwick, Town of 454 College Highway Southwick, MA 01077 Estimated Cost : $160,000 Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Contractor shall perform all work and furnish all services necessary to provide the Town with 2 Weir Sluice Gates for Great Brook Culverts. The Contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contractor's work description, Attachment A (Submitted Bid) and Town specifications, Attachment B. provide Town with payment bond equating to 50% ofContract Bid. It is recommended that each manufacturer (or their authorized representative) attend a supervised visit to the site to review site conditions, confirm measurements and to satisfy themselves as to the suitability and accuracy of the information provided as part of this specification. Said site visit date/time will be specified in the Invitation to Bid and attendance is recommended. The Contractor agrees to complete all work within two hundred forty (240) days
