Site work for a water / sewer project in Greeley, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replace a 1961 irrigation line due to it deteriorating to a point it is becoming unusable. In some sections the tree roots are so large that the sections have to be dug up and replaced. Many of the sections could not be videoed due to tree roots and obstructions. Currently serves UNC, Cottonwood and Glenmere Park. Future service is estimated at 90 acres if the capacity is available. As of February 6, 2023, this project is included in the City of Greeley's FY 2023 - 2027 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 2023, FY 2024, and FY 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
