Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Norfolk, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; bridge / tunnel; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call for the Benjamin Avenue reconstruction from 13th Street to First Street. The work is generally described as follows: Improvements include approximately 36,000 SY of removals and 43,000 SY of pavement. 5200 linear feet of RCP storm sewer and 60 storm inlets with associated laterals, a box culvert extension, 1200 square feet of modular block retaining wall, 31 street lighting fixtures with associated conduit and enhanced landscaping elements including trees, shrubs, hardscape and pedestrian lighting. Temporary and permanent traffic control are also included with the project. Work, per the plans and specifications, shall include clearing and grubbing, excavation, storm sewer construction, concrete paving, sidewalk construction, signing, striping, sodding, seeding, electrical, landscaping and all incidental work necessary to complete the Project as required by the plans and specifications.
