All questions must be submitted by 12:00pm on January 24, 2022 to whitev@charleston-sc.gov. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide the labor, expertise, quality control and necessary materials to furnish one (1) new controls system throughout the multilevel structure. This new system shall include new BACnet controllers, expansion modules and end devices necessary to control the existing equipment: One (1) 70-ton Aircooled scroll chiller, Daikin m/n: AGZ070E. Four (4) Air Handling Units. One (1) Chilled water pump. New Zone Sensors will be installed for each Air Handler Unit and all necessary low voltagewiring will be installed between control devices. The new control system capability will include scheduling, temporary overrides and temperature set point control.
