Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate General Bid Deadline 2/14/22 Time 2:00 P.M. 220000 Plumbing, 260000 Electrical The Project consists of: 667-2 Phase 2 Kitchen Modernizations at Building Clusters A & B at occupied units at Parker Chase Road. The base bid amount includes 12 units; there are 3 add alternates of 2 units each included under Section 01.23.00 Alternates. The renovations include replacement of cabinets, counters, flooring, appliances, plumbing & electrical work, as well as asbestos abatement at all kitchens in the existing flooring, gypsum board, joint compound, and pipe insulation. APPENDIX B: In lieu of a pre-bid site conference, refer to Appendix B for existing conditions photographs of the buildings on site and a typical kitchen.
