The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration requires a Contractor to provide all Management and Supervision, Labor, Equipment, Material, Supplies, etc., necessary for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and services to perform and complete all work for the construction of Restroom, Storage Structure, and Wind Walls at the Northwoods National Cemetery in Harshaw, Wisconsin, and specific other tasks as defined and described in accordance with the provided Solicitation, Specification, Drawings, and applicable Local, State and Federal laws and regulations. The Government anticipates the award of one (1), FFP contract, with an anticipated contract Period of Performance shall be for two hundred and seventy (270) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this procurement is Y1AZ Construction of Other Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Business Size Standard for this procurement is $36.5 million dollars. Per FAR 36.204, the project magnitude of construction range is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Interested bidders will be required to furnish a Bid Bond; and the awarded Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds. NOTE: To be eligible for contract consideration offeror MUST fully complete and return the entire Solicitation document. ONLY ONE CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED IN RESPONE TO THIS SOLICITATION.
