A timeline for a rebid has not yet been determined.*** The project is located at Magnolia Pool at 1507 Middlebrook Way, Rohnert Park. The work is described generally as selective demolition and renovation of the pool and gutter, including, but not limited to, replacement of pool plaster and tile, repair of any spalled concrete at cantilever edge and replacement of depth markers, handrails, and anchors as indicated in the attached drawings. The Contractor must have a valid California contractors license, a Class A or B and/or C-53 Swimming Pool Contractor license. The Engineers estimate for this project is $150,000-$200,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Scope of Work: The Contractor must perform all the work and furnish all the labor, materials, equipment and all utility and transportation services required to complete all of the work of construction and installation of the improvements the items and quantities of which are more particularly set forth in the Contractor's bid therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk, except work to be performed by subcontractors as set forth in the Contractor's bid and for which the Contractor retains responsibility.
