CONTRACT "A" - GENERAL SITE CONSTRUCTION 1. Park development project with work including, but not limited to, stripping and placing topsoil, common excavation, asphalt pavement, pavement striping, concrete curb and flatwork, dense graded base, storm sewer, underdrain, sanitary and water service, fencing, netting systems, erosion control, irrigation, landscaping, seeding, and site restoration. 2. Alternate Bids as represented in the Contract Documents. 3. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A - ALTERNATE 1" - PICKLEBALL COURT CONSTRUCTION 1. Hard court development of six pickleball courts with work including, but not limited to stripping and placing top soil, common excavation, asphalt pavement, acrylic surfacing, dense graded base, fencing, net posts, storm sewer, erosion control, seeding, and site restoration. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A - ALTERNATE 2" - SOFT SURFACE PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION 1. Provide and install playground equipment, basecourse, concrete walk and pour in place surfacing for a soft surface playground. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A - ALTERNATE 3" - ADULT PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION 1. Provide and install adult playground equipment, basecourse, concrete curb and pour in place surfacing for a soft surface adult playground. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A - ALTERNATE 4" - BASEBALL FIELD NETTING SYSTEM 1. Provide and install netting foundations, posts, nets, fencing and hardware for 3 baseball field in-line netted backstops in lieu of 3 chain link backstops. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid.
