The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and deliver CM arch pipe per the specifications herein. The delivery site will be to the Wytheville Area Headquarters, 2749 Chapman Road, Wytheville VA 24382. Service Area: Cities: Bristol and Norton. Counties: Bland, Buchanan, Dickenson, Grayson, Lee, Russell, Scott, Smyth, Tazewell, Washington, Wise, and Wythe. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Shelby Thornton at shelby.thornton@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. The Contractor shall be able to furnish and deliver 60 LF, 10 gauge, 103" x 71" CM pipe, in 3 - 20 foot sections and 2 - 24" wide 103" x 71" CM bands. Delivery location will be the Wytheville Area Headquarters, 2749 Chapman Road, Wytheville VA 24382. Wytheville Residency encourages the use of electronic invoicing. Invoices must be attached to an Email and not a part of the body of the email. Email should be addressed to Karen.Umberger@vdot.virginia.gov. The Wytheville Residency does not accept faxed invoices. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award
