Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Smithfield, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
All statements will be date and timestamped upon receipt and held in a secure place until this date at which time all packages will be opened. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY REASON. It is the responsibility of the Vendor to have the submittal physically in this office by the specified time and date of opening, regardless of the method of delivery. Johnston County is soliciting qualification statements from firms with experience in park site master planning (hereinafter "Firm") for contract services to develop a master plan for the first county park to be developed. This document will provide guidance for future new recreation facility construction, parking, and the most efficient use of the existing buildings in order to provide needed passive and active recreational services and programs. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all statements and to waive formalities and technicalities in the submittal procedure.
