Respondent(s) are asked to review the outlined "Scope of Services" below and prepare a written narrative and/or graphic response to convey their qualifications, relevant design experience and to demonstrate the Respondent's approach to completing the Services in a "Plan of Service". Respondents shall put forth an adequately detailed plan explaining how the Scope of Services will be accomplished (otherwise known as a "Plan of Service"). The Plan of Service shall include a "Resource Allocation Breakdown" outlining the involvement of each staffing level throughout completion of the work. The breakdown shall indicate the Principal, CADD Drafter, Project Manager, and Engineer levels at a minimum. The breakdown shall also estimate the number of staff hours required for each task by staff at each level, and provide the subtotal hours per task, subtotals for Basic, Supplemental Services and total hours. As part of the Services, the selected respondent is expected to perform Resident Engineering within the term of the resulting construction contract as further described in Supplemental Services Task 1. The design fee for this project is $290,000
