Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stamford, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Stamford Community Development Office (SCDO) will be accepting sealed bids from General and Paving Contractors on behalf of ARI of Connecticut, Inc. located at 174 Richmond Hill Avenue Stamford, CT 06902, for Repaving of Driveway and Parking Lot at 1131 Newfield Avenue Facility Location. Contractors must have related experience, a DUNS number, be registered with SAM.gov and be licensed in the State of Connecticut. Contractors also must have General and Workman's Compensation Insurance for the project. All contractors that submitted a bid will be notified via email with the bid results as well. The City of Stamford and ARI of Connecticut, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, or to waive any informalities in the bidding if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Organization. This bid is subject to Community Development Block Grant Regulations, Federal Equal Opportunity Laws. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply.
