Project: CCreswell-1-01 The work contemplated consists of, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Runway 16-34 pavement reconstruction (3,102' x 60') and two connector taxiways 2. Pavement Edge Drains 3. NAVAIDs - REILs and PAPIs 4. Medium Intensity Runway Lights (MIRL) 5. Guidance Signs Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond on the form bound within the Contract Documents or one similar, payable to City of Creswell in an amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or may reject any or all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, or not conforming to the intent and purpose of the contract documents; including the requirement to demonstrate the bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375 (3)(b), and for good cause, all bids may be rejected if it is in the public's interest to do so.
