All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $50,000 and $100,000 for H, and between $250,000 and $500,000 for E. Phone the office of Vicki Thielges, (585-658-2900) a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the date to provide the names of those who will attend the pre-bid site visit. Only contractors that schedule a visit at least 48 hours in advance will be allowed to participate in the pre-bid site visit. The substantial completion date for this project is 253 days after the Agreement is approved by the Comptroller. Physically complete the Work within 90 days after the established Substantial Completion date. The subject site includes the Henderson-Smith Office Building and associated asphalt covered parking lot and landscaped areas, located at 107 Broadway in Hornell, Steuben County, New York. A Site Location Map, depicting the subject property location and pertinent area features, is contained in Appendix A. Based on information provided to ATL about the subject site, two areas of concern were identified, including the following: A 550-gallon No. 2 fuel oil underground storage tank (UST) located at the south west corner of the building A 550-gallon No. 2 fuel oil UST located at the east side of the building.
