Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Mexia, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All proposals will be acknowledged at that time. The Project includes electrical improvements to the two existing treatment plant sites and four well sites. Questions pertaining to the project should be directed to S. Kanetzky Engineering, LLC by emailing skanetzky@skaneng.com In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all proposals. No proposal may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after date on which proposals are opened. The Work can commence on site on or before March 01, 2022. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraphs 14.07.B and 14.07.C of the General Conditions within 30 calendar days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run. The anticipated schedule to award and complete the project in Summer of 2022. Maintenance Bond (Not Applicable to this Project) Project includes electrical upgrades at the referenced facilities based on the Plans. The electrical specs are shown on the plans and not included separately as technical specifications. Contractor shall provide all incidentals necessary to the above listed items for a complete project.
