Renovation of a multi-residential development in Galveston, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This Request for Qualifications is for architectural services for the Gulf Breeze development in Galveston Texas. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify qualified Architectural firms and then to solicit fee proposals from the qualified architectural firms. The development team is looking for firms that demonstrate experience in the modernization of multi-family apartment buildings, preferably in Texas and the Gulf Coast. Specifically, the Galveston Housing Authority (GHA) is seeking architectural bids for the design work to replace 400+ window units at the Gulf Breeze apartment facility. GHA is also seeking design work to replace and relocate the existing HVAC units at the Gulf Breeze facility.
