Consultants must have the knowledge, experience and ability similar to a Senior or Principal Engineer of a Public agency. The City intends to select a shortlist of qualified consulting firms for these on-call services. The City will assign work to any of the firms as deemed necessary and appropriate and will consider the qualifications to provide all or just a part of the services identified in this RFQ. Once a selection is made, the consultants will be placed on the official list of qualified consultants, which will be called upon to provide engineering services to the City on an as-needed, project-by-project basis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
