Site work and paving for a civil project in Lakewood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Stormwater repair within the right-of-way at various locations with the City of Lakewood. Work includes but is not limited to: cutting, plugging, and removal of old storm pipe and catch basins, installation of new storm drain pipe, catch basins and infiltration systems, HMA patching, and all other necessary work and equipment to complete the project as specified and shown on the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform such services and accomplish such work, including the furnishing of all materials and equipment necessary for full performance thereof, as are identified and designated as Contractor responsibilities throughout this Agreement and as detailed in the attached plans, specifications, addenda, and the 2022 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, Municipal Public Works Construction prepared by the Washington State Department of Transportation and the Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works Association herein after called the Standard Specification, and shall perform any alterations in or additions to the work provided under this contract and every part thereof.
