Sealed bids will be accepted by the Owner's Authorized Representative, at 2310 North First Street, Suite 200, San Jose, CA, 95131, no later than 3:00 p.m. on February 7, 2022, for Replacement of VSD Assembly on York Chiller M/N YTA1A2B1-CGD, ITB-FAF-FY22-0134, in accordance with the Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Facilities and Fleet Department. The Work will consist of: Replace VSD Assembly on York Chiller M/N YTA1A2B1-CGD, located at St. Louise Regional Hospital, 9400 No Name Uno, Gilroy, CA 95020, with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) VSD. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara. For the duration of the County emergency due to COVID-19 and requisite social distancing requirements by order of the Public Health Officer, the opening of bids shall be made available to the public via video teleconference, a link to which will be posted via Addendum to the Invitation to Bid no later than 72 hours before the time scheduled for the opening of bids. Q & A deadline: Feb 03, 2022 6:00:00 PM EST. Contractor will be responsible to remove old VSD assembly and dispose of it. Install new VSD and upon installation completion, run Chiller and make necessary adjustments. Provide report upon completion to St. Louise Regional Hospital Facilities management. Successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, consumables which shall include, but shall not be limited to, workers' supplies or protective garments, disposable items used in furtherance of completing the Work, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein Contract Time-60 calendar days
