The West Newbury Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for Lionel L. Brunault Community Housing , Parking Lot Improvements Project, DCHD Project 308036 the Housing Type: Elderly 667-01 Development for the West Newbury Housing Authority in West Newbury, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Bobrek Engineering & Construction. The Project consists of: Removal and replacement of Asphalt surfaces including 2-1/2" binder and 1-1/2" top course, parking lot striping, and striping of ADA compliant pathway. Alternate 1 includes the Removal and replacement of Asphalt surfaces including 2-1/2" binder and 1-1/2" top course and parking lot striping of the adjacent parking area as shown on the drawings. The work is estimated to cost $163,000 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the West Newbury Housing Authority.
