Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Groton, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of July 18 2022, the project has been cancelled. The project consists of renovating the restrooms in the Shennecossett Golf Course Club House in Groton, CT. The project includes interior renovation consisting of new training room, restrooms, custodial closet and a new entrance vestibule. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the form of bid bond or certified check subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. This contract is subject to state set-aside and contract compliance requirements.
