Perkins Road Bridge Replacement in Blanchard Township, Maine Location: In Piscataquis County, project is located over an unnamed tributary in Blanchard Township, Maine on Perkins Road. The work to be done under this contract consists of the removal of the existing culverts, the installation of a new bridge, guardrails, minor roadway and approach work and other incidental work.
