Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

This project is partially funded by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program. The project consists of several areas; Area 1: S. 103rd St & W. Ohio Ave south of W. Oklahoma Ave; Area 2: S. 117th St, neighborhood of S. Foxwood Blvd/S. 122nd St; and Area 3: neighborhood of W. Brookside Dr/W. Abbott Ave. The project consists of approximately 12,400 linear feet of road rehabilitation. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 34,200 square yards asphaltic milling, 2,225 linear feet concrete curb and gutter spot repair, 9,400 square yards asphaltic base patching, 146 storm and sanitary structure adjustments, 79 each tuckpoint structures, 5,600 tons asphaltic surface, and 3,600 square yards lawn restoration. All Bids shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Greenfield, in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within the 90-day period after the date of the bid opening.
