Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Portsmouth reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technical or legal deficiencies, to re-bid, and to accept any bid that it may deem to be in the best interest of the City. The work shall consist of exterior improvements to two sheds at the Pierce Island Wastewater Facility. The work scope includes all necessary permits and disposal of all demolition materials. Work is intended to be started immediately if weather permits. Once begun, it is expected that the Work Large Chemical Shed Remove and replace existing damaged roof panels and ridge cap. Replace approx. 20 LF damaged soffit and fascia. Remove and replace T-111 siding on rear end wall. Cover all trim boards with aluminum coil stock including fascia, frieze, .corner boards, door and window trim Install vinyl siding over T-111 and new sheathing. Prime and paint two coats latex on wooden doors. Prime and paint 2 coats latex on concrete foundation walls. Small Storage Garage Cover all trim boards with aluminum coil stock including fascia, frieze, .corner boards, door and window trim Install vinyl siding over T-111.
