Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in New Rochelle, New York. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Construction of new pedestrian bridges including excavation, backfill, restoration, bridge abutments, environmental protection, and miscellaneous site work and all else required to meet the intent of this project as detailed herein. Each bid must be accompanied by a DEPOSIT in the form of bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, made payable to the CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE, NEW YORK, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price Firms qualified and certified as Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE) are strongly encouraged to submit a bid.
