Plans and Specifications prepared by Director of Public Works, on file in its office, 240 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, OH 44870. There is no pre-bid meeting. Emergency Back-up Generator Repair $447,000 The purchaser shall bare all shipping costs or make arrangements to pick up documents. Contact Megan Stookey at mstookey@ci. sandusky.oh.us or (419) 627-5878 to make shipping arrangements. Contract Documents may be reviewed without charge during normal business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm in the Public Works office in its new location at 240 Columbus Ave and various plan rooms requesting documents. All questions shall be directed to the Director of Public Works, Aaron Klein aklein@ci. sandusky.oh.us in writing via email no later than 8:00am on Thursday, January 27, 2022. Prevailing Wage Rates and the Citys Equal Opportunity Requirements are applicable to the Contract.
