Renovation of an educational facility in Broaddus, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
Proposal security in the form of a certified check payable to the Owner or acceptable bidders bond in amount not less than 5% of the greatest amount bid shall accompany the proposal. The scope of the mechanical work in this project shall include all labor, materials, equipment, etc., required for the complete installation of the mechanical systems as shown on the drawings and hereinafter specified under the subsequent sections of Division 15 of these specifications. SCOPE OF WORK Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services and perform all operations necessary for and reasonably incidental to the construction of complete ductwork and accessories systems as indicated on the drawings, reasonably implied therefrom or as specified herein unless specifically excluded.
