New construction of a medical facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 113,440-square-foot, five-story above grade medical facility.

The overall project consists of five story medical office building (approx. 113,440 sf). Some of the building does include shell space. There is a mechanical yard and receiving/dock area. The project has broken ground and the scope of work in this package is expected to start late February of this year. Bid packages 0 and 1 have been bid out and trades are let for each package. Scopes include all cleaning; temporary protection measures; interior layout; millwork / casework / countertops; doors, frames, hardware; access doors; smoke containment doors; overhead doors / shutters; glazing systems; louvers; tile; terrazzo; resilient flooring; carpet; resinous flooring; sealed concrete; painting; other interior finishes; misc. specialties; visual display boards & display cases; signage as scheduled; cubicle curtains / tracks; toilet partitions / accessories; wall protection; fire protection specialties; exterior protective covers; evac-u-tracs; loading dock equipment; window treatments; mats & frames; bike racks; lab casework; fabric-tension shade structure; radiation & RF Shielding; fire sprinkler systems; plumbing systems; hvac systems; electrical systems; low voltage and security systems; fire alarm & detection systems; fencing; landscape & irrigation; and other scopes as identified in the documents.
