The University of Virginia (University or UVA) invites highly qualified architectural firms to submit Letters of Interest/ Statements of Qualifications and associated supporting materials for consideration in the selection of consultants to provide a full range of architectural services for healthcare, science, and technology programs on a Term Contract basis. Architectural services associated with this Term Contract will generally support the Health System, sciences, and engineering programs non-capital and capital projects for both new construction and renovations; however, the University reserves the right to engage architectural services in support of other areas. All work will be performed in accordance with the provisions of the University of Virginia Higher Education Capital Outlay Manual (HECOM). The University may make multiple Term Contract awards from this solicitation.
