The Work consists of but is not limited to the following: demolishing the existing primary clarifier internal mechanisms and installing new primary clarifier internal mechanisms inside existing Primary Clarifiers 2, 5, and 6, which are 115-ft diameter tanks. Performing cleaning, surface preparation/scarification, and installing full floor grout. The project is located at 9101 WRVA Road, Richmond, VA 23231. Bid documents consisting of contract drawings and project manuals may be obtained by visiting the Henrico County electronic document's web portal at website. Options are provided for downloading a complete set of documents or selected files from this web portal. Work included in this contract shall be Substantially Complete within 630 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences, and it shall be complete and ready for final payment within 660 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences. Remove and dispose of debris/solids from invert of Primary Clarifier Influent Splitter Box No. 2, and up to 5-ft inside upstream 66-in pipe (debris/solids is estimated at 50-cu. yds dry solids). Remove and dispose of debris/solids from the Primary Clarifier 2, 5, and 6 42-in influent piping (each approximately 105-ft in length), with each of the three pipe cross sections assumed to be at least 60% filled with debris/solids. Demolish existing and install new electrical controls, conduit, and lighting associated with three new primary clarifier internal mechanisms Repair miscellaneous concrete wall areas inside existing Primary Clarifiers 2, 5, and 6. This work shall be delivered as a unit cost, with quantities specified in the Bid Form. 3. Contractor shall supply and install components necessary to provide a complete and working system. Work shall further entail all other site, structural, electrical, controls, and instrumentation additions/improvements associated with the Work items above. D.
