As of February 21, 2024, project was awarded to Allen & Bolack Excavating, awarded amount is $10,999,978.02 The scope of work generally includes the rehabilitation and conversion of the Crocus Pond to a dry pond with a smaller wet pond and control structure at the outlet, land drainage sewer connection to a new wet pond (Granite Pond), complete with naturalized planting and control structure, and a land drainage sewer outfall which temporarily discharges to an existing wetland on the east side of 17th Street East.
