Saint Joseph-Ogden (SJO) High School Addition and Improvements The project consists of: A new weight room addition with connecting corridor on the west side of the existing athletic wing. The project will also be remodeling the existing weight room and turning it into a full-time wrestling room. The project includes remodeling the existing 1926 gym / theater space and turning it into a full-time theater with a new balcony and all new M/E/P systems within the space. The adjacent corridors of the original building will also be remodeled as a part of this project. Fire Protection work will also be a part of all areas of this project. The owner will have their owner AV contractor for the procurement and installation of AV equipment. This project provides the infrastructure / pathways for the AV systems. Lastly, there will be alternates to replace the existing mechanical system, lighting, and ceilings of the 1926 classroom wings that surround the south side of the theater as well as some areas of the 1962 addition, which is just to the east and northeast of the theater space. Other alternates are in the project as well. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for All Work. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required.
