Street/Road Widening, Pavement - Marking, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Culverts, Waterways, Stormwater Channels, Highway Appurtenances, Asphalt Overlay Description The Project consists of intersection improvements, canal crossing replacement, and surfacing rehabilitation along Country Acres Road. The project includes but is not limited to 4,550 CY of unclassified excavation, 56 feet of box culvert installation, 3,488 SY of full depth asphalt, 8,322 SY of asphalt overlay, irrigation ditch relocation, fencing, striping, RCP pipe, signage, reclamation including seeding, and traffic control. The Contractor shall meet substantial completion within 90 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The box culvert must be installed and ready for use by April 15, 2022. Irrigation ditches must be ready for use by May 1, 2022. Final completion shall be reached within 15 calendar days of substantial completion. Final payment will be withheld until final completion and acceptance of the Work as stipulated in the Agreement and all project closeout paperwork is completed. Notice to Proceed shall be no later than March 15, 2022.
