Renovation of a municipal facility in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As per the Owner this project was advertised in error. This solicitation is not available at this time and will be re- advertised at a later date. The Lubbock County Director of Purchasing will accept sealed bids on the following: Juvenile Justice Center Re-Roof Lubbock County Commissioners Court will receive sealed competitive bids for the re-roof of the Juvenile Justice Center located at 2025 N. Akron Ave., Lubbock, TX 79415. Please contact John Garcia at 806-370-4550 for any questions. Bid security in the sum of 5% of the Total bid amount and in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or Surety Bid Bond, shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept and/or reject any or all bids. In accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, all bidders must comply with State Labor Laws concerning wage rates.
