Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Layton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of a new storm drain line down Constitution Drive with storm drain box installations, removal of waterways, new ADA ramps, a new drive approach and all other incidental work associated with storm drain installation. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond to successfully submit a bid.
