Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Lusby, Maryland. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The Project consists of the construction of an approximately 8,150 square foot, single-story clubhouse with a mechanical mezzanine, administrative, bar and grille, commercial kitchen, caterer's kitchen, pro shop, and support. The work shall include site/civil, general construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering which shall be constructed in accordance with all Contract Documents and Drawings. The work shall be completed in a single phase. Work shall be substantially complete within three hundred (300) calendar days after the date of written Notice to Proceed from Calvert County Government to the Contractor or as otherwise directed by Calvert County Government. Final Completion of all work shall be within thirty (30) calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. (Eleven (11) months total).
