Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Bee Caves, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project includes procurement of sludge dewatering equipment and delivery to site for installation by the OWNER. A Bid which, in the opinion of Owner's staff, deviates significantly from the Contract Documents, and which has not been clarified through a written Addendum prior to Bid submittal deadline, shall be considered an exception to the Contract Documents and grounds for the Bid to be rejected. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities in Bids received. Bidders must read and understand all terms and conditions contained in these Contract Documents. Liquidated damages are $500 per calendar day.
