Renovation of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Remove existing roofing materials on the canopies and stairs towers down to the roof decking. 2. Install new built-up roofing materials on flat roofing areas of the canopies. 3. Install new tiles roofing materials on the steep roofing areas of the canopies and stair towers. 4. Replace existing heat tape in gutters and down leaders at canopies and stair towers. All questions will be received by February 1, 2022 at 1:00 PM CT. Prime Contractor Responders must attend Responses received from Prime Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. The pre-bid meeting format will adhere to social distancing and other guidance provided by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Attendees are responsible to bring their own face coverings. Prospective attendees exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms will not be admitted. These requirements may change; Responders are responsible for sending attendees who meet the requirements in effect at the time of the pre-bid meeting. Project No. 02SO0032-Roof Replacement 4561.0000
