The project also consists of renovations to Johnson Pavilion including removal and replacement of the entire concrete floor slab; removal and reconstruction of the restrooms; removal and reconstruction of the Storage Room; sandblasting and painting of the entire structural framing system; and new prefinished metal roof panels and fascia. Additonal Description All plan holders who order electronic proposals through will receive addenda as they are released; however, it is the Contractor's full responsibility to ensure they have received all addenda prior to the submittal of bids.
