Site work and paving for a civil project in West Rockhill Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of July 19, 2022, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded contractor has not been made public at this time. Replacement of Stormwater Culverts on Various Roads Including Associated Pavement Restoration and Traffic Control. The successful bidder is required to pay fees established by portal equal to 1/3% of the awarded bid total. Bids must be made on forms furnished by the Township (via portal ) and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, issued by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in the amount of at least (10%) of the total price bid made payable to the Township; and Anti-Collusion Affidavit. Contractor shall verify compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act (E-Verify Program). All information must be submitted via the portal Program. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Insurance approved by the Township, in accordance with bid specifications. Award of Contract, if a Contract is awarded, will be based on the Total Base Bid plus selected Alternate Bid items at the sole discretion of the Township, and will be to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. West Rockhill Township reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
