Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: +-40 LF of 4 inch RJ ductile iron pipe +-105 LF of 6 inch RJ ductile iron pipe +-510 LF of 8 inch RJ ductile iron pipe +-120 LF of 6 inch ductile iron pipe +-8,425 LF of 8 inch ductile iron pipe +-30 LF of 10 inch ductile iron pipe two 4-inc.h gate valves one 6-inch gate valve seventy six 8-inch gate valves 192 new water services 2 blow off assemblies 4 air vac assemblies 18 new fire hydrant assemblies associated paving and restoration Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashier's check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. Contractor shall employ multiple crews on site G as required to complete the work on site G not later than February 28, 2022. The Contractor agrees to perform the complete contract work (Contract Completion) as specified, including corrections, finish and cleanup within three hundred seventy (370) calendar days, beginning the date given in the Notice to Proceed by the Engineer.
