Renovation of a mixed-use development in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
Office Building The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new Office Building. Materials for the Office Building include concrete foundations, slabs, precast wall panels, hollowcore, pre-engineered metal building, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, aluminum storefront/curtain wall, metal roofing and wall panel, casework, metal stud walls, wall and roof insulation, and interior and exterior finishes. Fire sprinklers, mechanical and electrical systems are included in the work. Vehicle Maintenance Building The Work includes but is not limited to the construction of a new Vehicle Maintenance Building. Materials for the Vehicle Maintenance Building include concrete foundations, slabs, precast wall panels, hollowcore, pre-engineered metal building, hollow metal doors and frames, insulated overhead doors, fiberglass doors, aluminum storefront/curtain wall, metal roofing and wall panel, steel pan stair assembly, casework, CMU and metal stud walls, wall and roof insulation, and interior and exterior finishes.
