NOTICE for the following: 2022 GENERAL COUNTY LETTING WHITESIDE COUNTY Furnish the Whiteside County Highway Department and various road districts in said county with all or part of the five (5) groups of materials consisting of: 44,353 tons of Agg. Surf. Crse., Type-B (CA-6/10); 13,271 tons of CA-16 (washed); 200 tons Coarse Agg (CA-02); 948 tons of Bit. Patching Mix (cold patch); 6,301 tons of HMA, Mix C, N 50, IL-9.5/12.5. Proposals may be obtained at the office of the County Engineer at the above address. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Whiteside County Highway Department. No duplications of this form will be allowed. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The Public Works Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which is most advantageous to Whiteside County.
