The Finance and Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration on behalf of the Department for Facilities and Support Services (DFSS), Division of Mechanical Services (DMS) issues this solicitation to establish a Master Agreement for: Chiller PM for Trane Units as necessary for the operation of the Frankfort Area Locations and various other Locations. Preventative Maintenance for the Air Cooled Screw Chiller located in the Bush Building and listed in the table below entitled "List of Equipment", all in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and requirements contained herein for the quarterly payment amount bid in the unit cost space above in this line item. Preventative Maintenance for the Water Cooled Centrifugal Chiller located in the CLPT Building and listed in the table entitled "List of Equipment", all in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and requirements contained herein for the quarterly payment amount bid in the unit cost space above in this line item. Preventative Maintenance for the Air Cooled Scroll Chiller located in the Spindletop State Office Bldg and listed in the table entitled "List of Equipment", all in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and requirements contained herein for the quarterly payment amount bid in the unit cost space above in this line item. Contractor shall provide (air cooled) condenser coil cleaning, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifiations and equirement contained herein for the cost bid per unit (approx 80 Tons) bid in the unit cost space above in this line item. The cleaning will primarily be performed at the LSOB and is only upon request. 9. Regular Hourly Rate for work NOT covered by PM Services. Estimated 20 hours, for bidding purposes ONLY.
