Reference number : 1572657 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 2 Value of the Bid Security (amount or percentage) 10% PROJECT : Renovation of the Wabannutao School Gymnasium in Eastmain THE CREE SCHOOL BOARD, owner, is requesting tenders for the renovation of the gymnasium at Wabannutao school in Eastmain. All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the tender excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond issued by a financial institution which is a insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (RSQ, c. A-32) authorizing it to practice suretyship insurance, a trust company holding a license issued under the Act respecting trust and savings companies (RSQ, c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative covered by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (RSQ, c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning ofBank Act (LC, 1991, c. 46), otherwise the tender will be automatically rejected. Duration of the work: The work must be carried out between June 20 and August 17, 2022. The owner does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
